    Is the wick burnt out? Just replace the wick. Reuse the candle sand, ready for the next time .

Is candle sand safe to use with children and pets?

Yes. The candle sand is non-toxic and suitable for indoor use. If it falls over, the flame will extinguish itself and there will be no melted wax like with a regular candle. The cooled sand is harmless and easy to pick up, making it safe for children and pets in the home.

How exactly does it work?

You pour the candle sand into a bowl or vase, insert a wick, and light it. Once the wick burns out, simply replace the wick and reuse the same sand.

Do I need any special holders?

No. Any heat-resistant dish, vase, or bowl you already have at home will work. That makes it easy to try.

Does the Starter Kit come with a scent?

No. The Starter Kit is unscented. Scents, such as vanilla, are available separately if you'd like to add fragrance later.
